Reality Capture and Visualization Services
Getting started is easy. Our flat-rate pricing is tiered by the square footage of your spaces. We can produce digital twins up to 30,000 sq. ft. If you have multiple locations or spaces greater than 30,000 sq.ft. contact us for pricing. Our plans include complimentary six month digital twin and video hosting. Clients in the Greater Houston and Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area counties also get complimentary travel mileage for listings in their respective metro area.

Yes. Our Reality Capture Services includes six months of complimentary hosting for your digital twin and video for each project. You’ll have the option to extend the hosting for an additional six months or transfer your digital twin offline.
Our Reality Capture Producers use the Matterport Pro2 3D camera, professional Sony Alpha cameras, and 360 cameras for reality capture. Our complement of cameras enable us to generate Schematic Floor Plans, cover-worthy photography, and immersive property videos for social media.
A time estimate for the capture is provided when you book your capture appointment for your property The time duration is dependent on the size of the property and the furnishings. Empty spaces and smaller spaces take less time than fully furnished locations.
Estimated production time
- 1-4,000 sq. ft. : 1-3 hours
- 4,000-10,000 sq. ft. : 2-5 hours
- 10,000-30,000 sq. ft. : 5-8 hours
Once the space capture is completed, our Reality Capture Producer will enhance the model, create the video teaser, and upload the completed project assets to our MADEGRANDBYCAM Cloud account. We notify clients that their digital twin is ready and can be used for client showcases.
